大型构件运输车电控系统的设计

摘    要:描述了大型构件运输车所要求的转向、升降模式,采用可编程序控制器(PLC)设计了实现各种模式的电控液动随动控制系统,并作了实验室模拟。提出了适用于双驾驶室的电气控制电路,为整车电气系统的制造及调试提供了依据。

Abstract:The steering mode and lifting-lowering mode of transport vehicle for heavy construction member are described.The electro-hydraulic control servo system is designed with PLC.It is simulated in a laboratory.The electric control circuit suited for two cabins is presented.It provides a criterion for manufacturing and debugging electrical system of the whole vehicle.
