摘    要:为了深化产教融合,该文提出电子信息专业人才培养的全面协同育人模式。该模式由厚基础的专业技术能力培养、实践创新能力培养和思想道德素质培养三大模块构成,分别实现了“以学生为中心”的混合式学习、学校和合作企业在人才培养中的双主体协同育人、学生的思想道德素质培养。该模式独特之处在于利用现代教育技术,实现高校人才培养体系中的诸多元素全面协同育人。

Abstract:To deepen the integration of industry and education, this paper proposes a comprehensive cooperative training model for electronic information professionals. This model comprises three modules: professional and technical ability training, practical and innovative ability training, and ideological and moral quality training, which realize the "student-centered" blended learning, the double main-body cooperative education for schools and cooperative enterprises in personnel training, and the cultivation of students'' ideological and moral qualities, respectively. The unique feature of this model is that the modern educational technology is used to realize the comprehensive cooperative education for many elements in the talent training system of colleges and universities.
