抗凝析油泡排剂HY 4的合成与泡沫性能

摘    要:针对凝析气井常规泡排剂排水效果不好的状况,研制了抗凝析油泡排剂HY-4。该剂具有独特的梳状结构和双子结构,采用Ross=miles法和动态带水法对其泡沫性能进行了研究,并在同等实验的条件下与其他泡排剂进行比较。实验结果表明,泡排剂HY-4是一种极强的抗凝析油专用泡排剂,同时具有较好的抗高矿化度、抗高温能力。

Abstract:The application of conventional foaming agent in gas condensate wells is not as effective as expected, therefore, an anti condensate foaming agent, HY 4, which has special comb and dual molecular structure, was developed. The paper studied its foam performance through Ross miles and dynamic water carrying methods, and compared its effect with that of other foaming agents under the same experimental condition. As the result, HY-4 is an extraly strong anti condensate foaming agent, having favorable capacity resistant to salinity and high temperature.
