纳微米结构版材研究进展

摘    要:基于纳米材料的绿色印刷制版技术以其非感光成像、低成本、无污染及方便快捷的特点而受到科研人员的关注,并将其应用于胶印制版领域.本研究在简要介绍印刷版材发展和平版胶印版材的制版成像原理的基础上,重点介绍了纳米材料绿色制版技术及其关键材料之一——纳微米结构版材的研究进展,并着重分析了版基及涂层材料的制备与性能;最后指出免砂目处理的纳微米超亲水版材的研制对进一步促进我国印刷产业的绿色化进程具有重要意义.

Abstract:Green printing plate-making technology based on nano-micro materials has been developed and applied in offset printing process. The technology has the advantages of imaging without exposing, low cost and low pollution. In this paper, based on the development of the printing plate, imaging principle of the offset plate was analyzed. The research progress on green plate-making technology and the key plate with nano-micro material structure were reviewed. The research on fabrica- tion and performance of the plate and coating materials were introduced. Finally, the printing plate with nano-micro structure and super hydrophilic performance without grits pre-treatment was discussed, which has important significance on further promoting the green process of printing industry in China.
