摘    要:简要介绍高分辨连续光源原子吸收光谱仪(HS-CS-AAS)的基本特点,并利用HS-CS-AAS同时测定水系沉积物中的铜、铅、镉、锰微量元素。结果表明,测定国家标准样品和实际样品的加标回收率铜为96.2%~100.9%;铅为95.2%~102.0%;镉为91.2%~105.7%;锰为93.1%~99.9%。相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)铜、铅、镉、锰分别为0.1 0%~2.90%,0.40%~3.50%,0.25%~4.90%,0.50%~2.0%。

Abstract:The basic characteristics of high-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometer(HS-CS-AAS)is introduced in this paper and a method based on the instrument for the determination of trace metal elements of copper,lead,cadmium,and manganese in stream sediment has been developed.The results showed that determination of the national standard samples and actual samples of copper recoveries of 96.2%~100.9%;lead, 95.2%~102.0%,Cd 91.2%~105.7%;manganese as 93.1%~99.9%.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7)of copper,lead,cadmium and manganese were 0.10%~2.90%, 0.40%~3.50%,0.25%~4.90%,0.50%~2.0%.
