| 摘 要： | 通过简述高温高压法生产液氯的工艺，介绍了2BG115型液环式氯气压缩机的结构及工作原理，分析了第二级压缩部件易损的原因。硫酸的工作温度高是造成设备腐蚀的最直接、必然的原因，应加强硫酸工作温度的控制，保证在合理的控制点下工作。

| Abstract: | After brief introduction of liquid production process by high temperature and high pressure, the structure and principles of 2BG115 liquid-piston chlorine gas compressor were introduced. Reasons of compressed secondary parts with rapid wear were analysed. Direct and inevitable reasons of corrosion are high working temperature of sulfuric acid, and the control of sulfuric acid working temperature should be strengthened, and guarantee the working with the rational control. |
