摘    要:介绍12.00-20 18PR矿山型轮胎的结构设计.本设计轮胎结构参数取值较大,胎面选用横向八角花纹,花纹深度为19 mm;胎面采用三方四块结构;缓冲层采用四宽结构;胎圈设计为三钢丝圈;钢丝圈包布采用1400dtex/2V2锦纶66帘布,胎圈包布采用1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1锦纶66帆布.轮胎充气外缘尺寸和耐久性能等达到设计要求和国家标准.

Abstract:The structure design of a 12.00-20 18PR mine tire is described.The greater values of structure parameters are taken in this design to improve the wear,cut and puncture resistances of tire.The details of design are as follows:octagonal tread patterns with 19 mm depth;three-formula and four-piece extruded tread;four-wide ply breaker;three-wire bead structure;1400dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord flipper and 1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1 nylon 66 canvas chafer.The inflated overall diameter and endurance of finished tire are in accordance with the requirements of the design and the relevant national standard.
