| 摘 要： | 本文以武夷山市保障性住房为研究对象,总结了本市保障性住房的基本特点并归纳出适宜于保障性住房套型空间的设计原则,通过空间的共享使用、一次性装修储藏空间设计和活化架空层设计等手段来全面提升改善保障性住房的性能,给居住者在有限的住房面积内提供最佳、最适宜的住房品质。

| Abstract: | Taking WuYiShan affordable housing as the research object,summarizes the basic characteristics of affordable housing in the city and induce suitable for affordable housing model space design principles,by the Shared use of space,one- time decoration storage space design and activation stilt floor design method to comprehensively improve the performance of affordable housing to habitant in limited housing area to provide the best and most suitable housing quality. |
