低温氧等离子体改性聚乙烯醇渗透汽化膜

摘    要:用低温等离子体处理聚乙烯醇膜,通过红外光谱,表 ,扫描电镜等分析测定证明了用氧等离子体处理后膜表面带上羰基,增加了羟基,同时使原来未水解的部分乙酸乙烯酯全部裂解掉。当分别用未处理的原始PVCA膜处理面以着原料液膜以及处理面对着低压侧膜对乙醇-水溶液进行渗透汽化分离时,发现上,下表面均对渗透汽化过程有重大影响,其上表面主要作用膜的溶解过程,而下表面则对膜的扩散控制有较大贡献。

PVA PERVAPORATION MEMBRANE MODIFICATED BY LOW TEMPERATURE OXYGEN PLASMA
Abstract:The polyvinylalcohol(PVA) pervaporation membranes were treated by low temperature oxygen plasma. The IR spectrometry, surface contact angle and scanning election microscopy of the original and treated membranes were determined, and the results prove that hydroxyl and ketone groups are added on the surface of the treated membrane. Moreover, by means of the experiment of seperating ethanol water solution through the original membrane and treated membrane with its treated surface towards feed solution or low pressure room, it is found that both the top and bottom surface of the PVA membrane greatly affect the pervaporation process, the top surface mainly relates to the solubility performance of the membrane, and the bottom surface acts greater on the diffusion performance of the membrane.
