面料触感舒适度测试装置的设计

摘    要:为了表征不同面料与皮肤间的触感,进而体现不同面料的舒适性,通过研制的触感舒适度测试装置测试不同风格的纺织面料与人体皮肤之间的摩擦因数,分析了测试装置的工作原理、基本结构的组成及作用;指出:面料与人体皮肤之间的摩擦因数越大,人体的舒适感越差。

Abstract:. In order to find the attribution of the feelings between the face fabric and the skin of human being so as to indicate the cosiness of varieties of the face fabric, through testing of the friction factor bewteen the varieties of the face fabric and the skin of human being. Analysis is done to the working mechanism of the instrument including the basic structure and the performance. Conclusion is made that the bigger the fric- tion factor between the face fabric and the skin of human being,the worse the cosiness of the skin.
