摘    要:依据弹道修正基本原理,对弹道修正装置的气动布局进行分析.完成了弹道修正机构中永磁电机的设计,并对永磁电机齿槽力矩的影响因素进行分析.通过仿真,减小硅钢片槽口宽度可以减小永磁电机的齿槽力矩.利用应变式测力装置,对永磁电机的力矩实际测量可知,修正弹飞行在可修段时永磁电机的力矩大于风阻力矩的20%.结果表明,设计的永磁电机能够满足对舵机的精确控制要求.

The Simulation Design And Application Testing on Permanent Magnet Motor of Trajectory Correction Device
Abstract:According to the basic principle of trajectory correction ,this paper has analyzed the aerodynamic layout of the ballistic correction mechanism and through access to rele-vant data ,completed the design of permanent magnet motor in the ballistic correction mechanism ,and the influence fac-tors of the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor were analyzed ,and through the simulation analysis of permanent magnet motor ,it is concluded that the stator chute and slit width decreasing silicon steel sheet can reduce the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor.By using strain type of permanent magnet motor torque load device for actual meas-urement ,it is concluded that correct projectile flight when re-pairable period of permanent magnet motor torque is 20%greater than the wind resistance moment.Results show that the design of permanent magnet motor can meet the require-ments of precise control of steering gear.
