| 摘 要： | 以5-氨基-1-萘磺酸为起始原料经过重氮化、卤化、氯磺酰化和酰化四步合成了抗癌药物5-氯-1-萘磺酰丙氨酸,总产率为58．6％。通过紫外、红外、核磁对合成目标产物进行了表征。

| Abstract: | 5-Chloro-1-naphthalene sulfoalanine was synthesized from 5-amino-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid by diazo reaction, halogenation, chlorosulfonation, and acylation. The total production rate was 58.6%. The final product was characterized by UV,IR and NMR. |
