| 摘 要： | <正> 聚氯乙烯树脂是一种热塑性的塑料,被广泛地用来加工薄膜、鞋类、人造革、电缆敷层和板、管、片等软硬制品。由于价格较低廉,加工简单,制品适应性强,尽管问世已有五十年的历史,但一直保持久盛不衰的局面。目前在国内外所有的塑料品种中,聚氯乙烯树脂的产量仍处于领先地位。聚氯乙烯树脂系由氯乙烯单体聚合而成的高分子化合物。按聚合方法不同,可分为本体聚合、乳液聚合和悬浮聚合等,而其中使有最普遍的是悬浮聚合。在悬浮聚合中,明胶被广泛地用来作为分散剂。本文准备就明胶在氯乙烯悬浮聚合中的应用问题,作一些介绍和探讨。

| Abstract: | Gelatin is widely used as emulsifying agent in suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride.This review is focused and devoted to the following idems. 1.The function of gelatin as emulsifying agent in suspen- sion polymerization of vinyl chloride. 2.Discussion about the technical performance parameters of gelatin as emulsifying agent. 3.The weak points of gelatin as an emulsifying agent in suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. 4.New development trend of gelatin as emulsifying- agent and its improvement. |
