热电厂泵汽蚀原因分析与防止措施

摘    要:锅炉给水泵的正常运行是确保锅炉安全的第一步。而泵的汽蚀在生产运行中时有发生,不仅对泵本身危害极大,对整个热电厂安全运行也至关重要。本文将对给水泵汽蚀的原因进行分析,指出在给水泵进口压力最低点处,给水压力大于水温所对应的饱和压力,泵就不会产生汽蚀,并对防止给水泵汽蚀进行简要的说明。

Abstract:The normal operation of boiler' s water - feeding pump is the hrst step tor ensunng satety. It not only harmed pump itself but also was important to whole heat and power plant,what cavitation erosion of pump occurred sometimes. The causal of cavitation erosion of water - feeding pump was analyzed, the resuks shown when the pres- sure of enter port was lowest and a pressure of feeding water was higher than saturation pressure of water, cavitation erosion of the pump would not occur, and prevention measures were explained briefly.
