| 摘 要： | 矿山机械设备在使用过程中经常出现老化、损伤甚至失效,导致生产效率和产品质量降低,机器失效甚至出现安全事故。但通过修理能恢复原有的功能,还可减少环境污染,节能减排。文章主要阐述了矿山机械零件的钳工修复方法、机械修复方法、焊修方法、喷涂法与粘修法等矿山机械设备零件的修复技术问题。

| Abstract: | Mining machinery equipment is in use process often occur with aging,damage or even failure,leading to the production efficiency and the product quality reduce,machine failure or even the occurrence of safety accidents.But through the repair can be restored to their original function,but also can reduce environmental pollution,energy saving and emission reduction.This article mainly elaborated mining machinery parts repair fitter,mechanical repair method for repairing method,welding repair method,spraying method and the sticking to law and other mining equipment parts to repair the technical problems. |
