| 摘 要： | 在综合分析了目前3G发展的网络环境和3G终端使用的操作系统,及远程开放教育平台资源现状,文章提出了一个全新的观点,即在Android平台上设计实现现代远程开放教育客户端的软件程序,安装在手机终端上使用,方便广大移动学习者的学习。取代网站的形式的登录方式,使得移动学习更加专业。

| Abstract: | In the comprehensive analysis of the current 3 G network environment and 3 G terminal use of the operating system,and the open and distance education platform resources situation,this paper puts forward a new view,namely in the Android platform design and realize the modern open and distance education client software program,installed in mobile phone use terminal,facilitate the majority of mobile learners' learning.Replace the form of web site login way,make mobile learning more professional. |
