| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了统计过程控制(SPC)的原理和基于SPC过程监控软件的结构设计和具体实现方法,以及用SPC监控过程的方法.并给出了相应的实例.开发了基于SPC的监控过程的软件系统,用软件可以实时分析生产过程情况,对异常情况提前预测,并给出合理化建议,从而控制生产过程的波动情况,使过程更稳定、直观、易控.
