| 摘 要： | 在新一代地震勘探仪器的数据采集单元中，由于其模数转换使用了Δ－Σ技术及实时数字信号处理等技术，使采集站达到了２４位Ａ／Ｄ转换，这就要求其具有高精度信号源，以达到测试其技术指标的要求。文章讨论了是一种高分辨率，高保真线性器件的模数转换功能及用它为采集站设计的一种高精度，高保真的精密信号源电路。

| Abstract: | Sigma delta modulation and digital signal process techniques used by the ATU(array terminal unit) in modern seismic prospecting instrument,the analog to digital converter of the ATU has reached 24 bit A/D conversion.It is necessary that ATU has a high precision signal source for its technical performances measurement.In this paper a high resolution,linear,Analog to Digital or Digital to Analog Converter and a high precision signal source circuit designed for ATU are presented. |
