基于线性拟合方法测量岩心孔隙度研究

摘    要:为了快速准确地测量岩心的孔隙度,文章提出了一种基于线性拟合的测量方法。该方法是用7个标准钢心测得孔隙体积关于初始压力与平衡压力的21组数据;用最小二乘法进行线性拟合;计算标准体积罐的体积、阀体积增量、管路与夹持器顶端的死体积;用岩心代替标准钢心测初始压力;计算出岩心的孔隙体积、颗粒体积与孔隙度。这种方法理论根据充分,实验流程结构简单,操作控制方便,孔隙度测量误差小于1%。

Abstract:In order to measure the core porosity rapidly and accurately,a measurement method based on linear fitting is presented.Firstly,twenty one groups of datum of pore volume in relation to initial pressure and balance pressure are measured by serval standard cores.Secondly,linear fitting is made by the least squares method.Thirdly,the volume of standard tank,the volume increment of valve and the volume between pipeline and holder are calculated.Fourthly,the initial pressure is measured after replacing steel cores with cores.Finally,the pore volume,the grain volume and porosity of cores are calculated.This method has of adequate theoretical basis,brief flow structure and convenient operational control.Therefore,the measurement error of porosity is less than 1%.
