| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了ＰＥ２１００型原子吸收光谱仪的基本参数、仪器的结构及分析的基本原理。该仪器操作员操作界面，ＡＡＳ主机和原子化系统三部分组成，具有微机控制自动化程度高，应用广泛特点。通过配置软件，可进行全自动多元素分析。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the basic parameter of the atomic absorption spectrometer,instrumental structure and analytical basic principle.The charactistics of this instrument,such as large luminous flux,low noise,excellent selectivity,high sensitivity and so on,are described in detail.In the respect of theorical study,it has been an experimental method of physics and physical chemistry.Then in the respect of petroleum industry,it has been used in the determining metallic elements of crude oil,the analysis of injury and scale deposit of formation,as well as the continuous monitoring of treating effect and prevention of scale deposit. |
