铅锑板栅合金的耐腐性及在蓄电池中的腐蚀行为

摘    要:通过对几种不同成分的铅梯合金进行恒电流阳极腐蚀失重实验,金相观察等,分析了合金被细化晶粒后在其耐腐蚀性能方面的作用机理,指出了用阳极腐蚀失重法来说明板栅合金耐腐蚀性的同时,还应注重被腐蚀后其机械性能的减弱程度,以此阐明腐蚀速率和耐腐蚀性能应该是量和质的概念。同时指出我们还应注意到板栅合金在蓄电池使用过程中发生的应力腐蚀断裂。

Abstract:The constant current anodic corrdsion weight-loss test and met- allographic examination of Pb-Sb alloys with different compositions have been taken to analyse the effect of grain fining on the corrosion resistance of alloys. It is obtained that we should also pay attention to the reduction in mechanical per formances of alloys after corrosion while we describe the corrosion resistance of grid alloys by anodic corrosion weight-loss test. We suggest that the corrosion rate and corrosion resistance should be the con-ception of quantity and quality and that we should pay close attention to stress corrosion break of grid alloys during service of batteries.
