含弧坑缺陷压力钢管的安全评定

摘    要:对含弧坑缺陷的引水压力钢管,基于有限元计算分析结果,运用我国提出的在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定标准进行了安全评定。采用了简化评定和凹坑评定两种方法对管壁上的弧坑缺陷分别进行了评定,并给出了失效评定图。计算结果表明,评定点落在曲线定义的范围内。评定结果表明,压力钢管舍有该范围内的弧坑缺陷是允许的。

Abstract:The safety assessment for penstock'scrater defects was executed by using criterion of Safety assessment for in-service pressure vessels containing defects based on the calculated results of finite element.Both simplified assessment and pits assessment were used,and fig of collapse assessment was showed.The calculated results showed that assessment points were under the curve and assessment results showed that the penstock's crater defects were safety.
