Halbach磁体结构应用于永磁直线同步电机的研究

为提高永磁直线电机的推力，介绍了Halbach磁体结构的基本工作原理，分析了采用Halbach磁体结构的磁体排列方式及磁体的磁化规律.并以一台永磁直线同步电机为例，确定了适合该直线电机的Halbach磁体结构形式，对比分析了不同磁体排列方式的永磁直线同步电机空载运行推力特性.分析结果表明采用Halbach磁体结构不仅可以改善气隙磁场分布、提高永磁直线同步电机的推力，而且可以减小永磁直线同步电动机的推力波动.因此将Halbach磁体结构应用于永磁直线同步电机中与常规永磁体结构的永磁直线同步电机相比具有很大的优越性.

Research on permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with Halbach array

The principle,structure and magnetization law of Halbach array are analyzed to increase the thrust force in a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM).The appropriate structure of Halbach array was designed for the PMLSM.The no-load thrust characteristics of the PMLSM were compared using different Halbach arrays.The analysis results show that the PMLSM with Halbach array can improve the air-gap magnetic flux distribution,enhance the thrust of motor and reduce the thrust ripples.Therefore,the PMLSM with Halbach array is prior to one with normal array.
