| Abstract: | the cylinder valve is a new type of intake gate for hydraulic turbine. The paper briefly describes the structural features of cylinder valve, hydrodynamic closing tests and operation of the power plant. Reference can be made to this article for spreading application of cylinder valve in hydropower stations in the country. |
