摘    要:建立了考虑管箱、壳体和换热管影响的管板结构分析有限元实体模型,按照应力分析标准JB4732—1998分析了管板在包括开工、正常工作和停车过程中可能出现的七种瞬态和稳态操作工况下的强度状况。分析结果表明此管板的危险工况不是发生在正常操作工况下,而是发生在可能出现的壳程压力先停的瞬态工况下。本分析表明有限元分析法是分析管板的有效方法,适用于各种管板特别是多管程或多壳程换热器管板的设计和结构优化。

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of tubesheet with tube-channel, part of shell and the tubes was established, and then, according to the stress analysis standand JB4732-1998, the stress analyses were done for 7 steady or transient operating cases which may occur during start-up or steady operating or shut-down. The results show that the most dangerous case is not the steady operating case, but the transient case that the shell-side fluid is firstly shut down. These analyses show that FEM is a very effective method for tubesheet analysis, especially for tubesheets of tube-shell heat exchangers having multi-tube passes or multi-shell passes, which are out of existing tubesheet design standards.
