摘    要:在HZSM-5分子师上用常规方法分别浸渍Pt,Cr,Zn,Co,Ni,Ga等金属组分,制成丙烷脱氢及芳构化催化剂。在常压,620℃,气体体积空速1500h ̄(-1)的反应条件下考察了丙烷在其上的反应情况。结果表明,这些催化剂对丙烷脱氢及芳构化有一定的活性,加入金属用分改变了HZXM-5催化剂的裂解活性.金属组分不同,催化剂的芳构化活性、脱氢活性以及稳定性也不同。Ga,Ni,Co,Cr,Zn脱氢活性较大,而Zn,Cr,Co芳构化活性较高。

Abstract:Catalysts for dehydrogenation and aromatization of propane were prepared by impreg-nating HZSM-5 zeolite with componds of Pt,Cr,Zn,Co,Ni or Ga. The reactions ofpropane over the catalysts were studied.The results show that all the catalysts have somedehydrogenation and aromatization activity.The zeolites modified wiht Ni,Co,Cr or Znhave higher dehydrogenation activity,and the ones modified with Zn,Cr or Co have higheraromatization activity.
