导弹壳体搭接焊缝的熔深适应控制技术研究

摘    要:本文讨论一种适用于舰对空导弹壳体脉冲GTA搭接焊缝的熔深适应控制技术的研究结果,该控制系统采用光纤光电传感器检测焊接过程中焊缝的实时熔池深度,并据此调节脉冲焊接电流宽度,产品焊接试验表明它可以使搭接焊缝熔深控制在产品设计要求的范围之内,文中还提出了进一步提高熔深控制精度的途径。

Abstract:A research on penetration adaptive control for lap weld of warship-to-air missile sheel welded by pulsed GTA have been discussed in the paper. A fibre-optoelectrical sensor is used for detecting realtime depth of weldpool during welding process and pulse current duration is adjusted dependent on the detect depth of weldpool. Welding test of the products has shown that penetration of the lap weld can be controlled in required tolerance for design using the control system. The methods for increasing control precision of penetration are suggested finally.
