| 摘 要： | 企业既是社会产能主体，又是耗能大户，尤其是大型生产企业，表现更为突出。因此，这种类型的企业不但要担负起推动社会经济发展的责任，更要成为全社会节能减排的主力军。从作者所在单位工作实际情况出发，论述了落实目标责任管理、加强节能减排课题研究、机制创新、管理创新、技术创新等工作的重要性，并就发展循环经济道路，为建立资源节约型、环境友好型社会作出贡献的一些情况进行探讨。
