某金矿MQG3660格子型球磨机球荷特性优化试验研究

摘    要:针对某金矿MQG3660格子型球磨机球荷组成不合理的问题,提出了相应的优化措施。运用球径半理论公式精确计算球径,并对不同球荷进行磨矿对比试验,最终确定了MQG3660格子型球磨机最佳初装球荷尺寸组成(m(Φ80)∶m(Φ70)∶m(Φ60)∶m(Φ40)=10∶20∶30∶40)及补加球荷尺寸组成(m(Φ80)∶m(Φ70)∶m(Φ60)=30∶30∶40)。工业试验结果表明,磨机球荷特性优化后,磨机处理量提高了3.36 t/h,球耗与电耗分别降低了15.57%和9.85%,实现了通过优化球荷特性达到增产、节能及降耗的目的。

Abstract:Due to the unreasonable ball diameter and proportion of the MQG3660 grid-type ball mill in a gold mine,some of improved measures were conducted in this study.The ball diameter was calculated based on ball diameter semi-theory formula,and the grinding comparative experiments on different ball charge characteristics were accomplished. Finally,the best initial installation ball diameter and proportion(m(Φ80)∶m(Φ70)∶m(Φ60)∶m(Φ40)=10∶20∶30∶40) and adding ball diameter and proportion(m(Φ80)∶m(Φ70)∶m(Φ60)∶m(Φ40)=10∶20∶30∶40) were achieved.The results of industrial test showed that the capacity of grinding increased by 3.36 t·h-1,and metal consumption and power consumption reduced by 15.57% and 9.85%,respectively.Obviously,the goal of increase production,energy saving and low metal waste was achieved by optimizing the ball charge characteristics in the present work.
