摘    要:文章介绍的柴油机和变速箱故障诊断系统是针对海洋钻修机柴油机和变速箱设计的集监测、预警及故障诊断于一身的全自动测控系统,能实时监控柴油机和变速箱的工作状态和关键的技术参数,对于超过警戒值的参数实现实时报警,给出故障代码,便于现场和远程维修。文章阐述了基于CAN总线的柴油机和变速箱故障诊断系统的设计原理及关键技术。

Abstract:The diesel and transmission troubleshooting system introduced in this article is an automatic measurement and control system,and it is designed for the diesel and transmission of offshore work-over rig′s monitoring,early warning and troubleshooting.It can monitor diesel and transmission′s working condition and key technical parameters in real time.It can realize the real time alarm for the parameters which are higher than warning valve,and give out the faulty code,for the on-site and remote maintenance.This article introduces the design theory and key technology of diesel and transmission troubleshooting system based on CANbus.
