解大学校园规模之“忧”

针对近年来公众对新建大学校园规模的质疑,简要比较国内外大学发展与规模的关系,分析我国大学结构、发展目标对规模的要求,以及大学城宏观背景下学校用地规模可能发生的变化。从学生规模、后勤社会化、共享理念等方面探讨在校园建设新形势下如何合理确定校园用地规模,并结合城市用地分类、管理及近期建设探讨了规模调控对促进资源整合、集约共享,从而实现大学与城市良性互动的积极作用。

A Solution to the Large Scale of Campus

Aiming at the question about the scale of campus, this paper compares the relationship of the development and the scale of university, analyses the requirements of scale upon university structure and development goals, and potential changes of land use in the context of university town. The paper focuses on how to determine the scale of campus in terms of students scale, socialization of logistic services, and shared rituals. By the way, it involves the land use and administration which will benefit the development of university and city as a whole.
