小电流接地系统故障选线算法综述

摘    要:小电流接地系统是配电网普遍的接线方式,由于中低压配电网的中性点不直接接地和受馈线分布电容的影响,在任一馈线发生单相接地故障后,在其他馈线上会产生潜供电流,这给故障选线和配网保护造成很大困难,国内外学者对此进行了广泛而深入的研究并取得了大量的成果。本文在大量阅读相关文献的基础上对小电流故障选线算法进行了一个归纳和综述,并分析各算法的优缺点,最后提出了最为普遍的中性点经消弧线圈接地系统中故障选线的推荐算法。

Abstract:Power system with indirectly grounded neutral is the common mode for electrical distribution networks. Because of the indirectly grounded neutral in MV&LV distribution networks and the affection from the distributed capacitance of feeders,when a single-phase-to earth fault is occurred in any one of the feeders,potentially supply current will be produced in other feeders. Thus it makes great difficult for fault line selection and distribution network protection,domestic and oversea scholars have made lots of research on this problem and gained much achieviement. After reading many relating referenced papers,a survey of algorithms on fault line selection in power system with indirectly grounded neutral and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm is presented. Finally the algorithms which are suitable for fault line selection in arc-suppressing are recommended
