摘    要:为了充分合理的利用FCC油浆中含有的饱和烃和稠环芳烃,采用糠醛加复合助剂的方法精制催化裂化油浆。通过加入复合助剂,改善糠醛的溶解能力和选择性,从而提高精制油收率,改善精制油质量。通过实验确定了糠醛精制油浆的最佳操作条件:温度为50℃;剂油体积比为1∶1;停留时间30min;最高精制油质量收率为51.95%。糠醛加复合助剂的最佳精制条件为:A、B复配体积比为0.5∶1;助剂相对糠醛的体积分数为8%;剂油体积比为0.5∶1;温度为50℃。在此精制条件下,精制油的收率可达66.46%,比糠醛精制的精制油收率高14.8%,精制油质量亦有所提高,是良好的催化裂化原料;抽出油中富含稠环芳烃,可作为生产增塑剂、软化剂、针状焦等高附加值化工产品的原料。

Abstract:The method of adding furfural and compound agent to treat fluid catalytic cracking oil slurry has been addopted in order to utilize reasonably and soundly the saturated hydrocarbon and condensed-nuclei aromatics. Adding the compound agent can improve the solution ability and selectivity of furfural and enhance the recovery and quality of treated oil. The optimum conditions of furfural extraction are as follows: temperature is 50 ℃; volumic ratio of solvent and oil is 1∶1;residence time is 30 minutes. Under the condition, the mass recovery rate of treated oil is about 51.95%. The optimum conditions of furfural extraction added blending agent are: volumic ratio of A and B is 0.5∶1;volume fraction of agent is 8% to furfural; volumic ratio of solvent and oil is 0.5∶1;temperature is 50 ℃.Under the conditions, the recovery rate of treated oil is about 66.46%, compared with that of furfural, the recovery rate of treated oil increases 14.8%, the quality of treated oil is also improved, thus the treated oil can be sound stockfeed of catalytic cracking. The extracting oil includes abundant condensed-nuclei aromatics, which can be good stock to produce high value added chemical engineering product such as plasticizer, soft flux and needle coke.
