熔盐法合成片状Bi_4Ti_3O_(12)粉体的研究

摘    要:以Bi2O3和TiO2为原料,采用熔盐法合成了纯的铋层状结构的Bi4Ti3O12粉体。利用XRD和SEM等手段对其结构和形态进行了表征。结果表明,熔盐法合成的Bi4Ti3O12粉体呈现规则的片状。当温度从800℃升高到1050℃时,粉体片状尺寸增大,径高比增加;当盐与反应物的质量比为0.8时,所得粉体片状尺寸较小,形状不规则;盐与反应物质量比增加到1时,粉体的尺寸明显增大。

Abstract:The pure stoichiometric Bi4Ti3O12 power was successfully prepared by a molten salt method using Bi2O3 and TiO2 as raw materials. The crystal structure and morphology of the powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results reveal that the powders have a distinct flake structure. And particle size is increased when reacting temperature increases from 800 ℃ to 1 050 ℃.The shape of Bi4Ti3O12 power is irregular and particle size is small when salt∶reactant is 0.8 (mass ratio) ; while ratio is 1, particle size increases remarkably.
