| 摘 要： | 消防车干粉罐是干粉消防车的关键构件,其质量的好坏直接关系到该类消防车的正常使用和安全。制定合理的质量控制措施对保证焊接接头质量及干粉罐的安全运行极为重要。在干粉罐纵、环缝接头的焊接过程中,通过人、机、料、法、环等各方面的质量控制措施,保证了干粉罐的焊接质量。实践证明,所采用的质量控制措施切实可行,可供同类钢结构压力容器焊接制造借鉴。
