摘    要:为更好地预防输电线路雷害,以湖南省220kV线路柘泉线为例进行研究,依托于湖南省雷电定位系统,对2000~2005年该线路走廊的落雷进行了分段统计,发现同一线路各个区段间落雷存在较大差异,且同一区段的落雷年间存在规律。同时应用规程法分别计算了该线路在实测落雷密度下与规程落雷密度下的理论雷击跳闸率,对比发现,实测落雷密度下的计算值能与该线路的历史跳闸记录更好地相符。因此建议,借助雷电定位系统,采用实测落雷历史数据,在线路设计与改造中采取分段标准的新线路防雷设计方法。

Abstract:To reduce lightning disasters on the transmission line,based on the Hunan Lightning Location System,this paper makes a subsection statistics of lightning activity of Zhequan Line corridor between 2000 and 2005.The statistical results indicate that in a line the lightning activity differs much between different sections,and to the same section there is a law among different years.Then this paper calculates the lightning trip-out rate by using the practical and the recommended lightning density by the regular method,and finds that former result matches the actual lightning trip-out rate well.So,a new subsection-standard lightning protection design method based on measured data from lightning location system is provided,which can be used in the transmission lines design or reform.
