CYCLEMAX技术在连续重整装置上的应用

摘    要:锦西石化分公司连续重整装置采用美国UOP公司超低压重整技术。热力学研究表明,低压有利于提高装置的液收、氢气产率和辛烷值,但低压操作催化剂积碳快,易失活,影响装置的长周期运转。为解决这个问题,UDP公司开发了第3代CYCLEMAX再生系统,CYCLEMAX技术的应用,可保证催化剂完全地连续再生,重整C5^ 生成油收率和H2收率可维持在新鲜催化剂的水平,装置的平均运行时间可达3.4年以上,从而有效地发挥了超低压重整技术的优势。

Abstract:CNPC Jinxin company adopted a super low-pressure reforming technology of UOP company (USA). Thermodynamic research showed that the low pressure can improve products (gasoline and hydrogen) yields as well as the RON. However, the coke would deposit on the catalyst more rapidly to affect the unit long circle operation.To solve this problem, UOP Company had developed the third CycleMax regeneration technology that could assure a continuous catalyst regeneration. Meanwhile, the C + 5 products and hydrogen yields can maintain at the same level as new catalyst applied; the average operation period can reach 3.4 years. All these have showed the advantage of super low-pressure referming technology.
