基于ANSYS的综采工作面降温优化设计

摘    要:针对综采工作面出现的高温现象,调查了工作面热流的主要来源。采用空冷器降温,然后利用ANSYS的FLOTRAN CFD模块对工作面流场进行数值模拟,验证工作面空调的效果,得出温度场分布的一般规律。通过改变进风巷道和工作面上空冷器的安装位置,获得最优的降温效果。

Abstract:To counter the phenomenon of high temperature appeared in the fully mechanized working face, the main sources of heat flux were investigated. Temperature was first lowered with air cooler, the flow field in the working face was then numerically simulated with FLOTRAN CFD module of ANSYS, and finally, the effect of air cooler was verified, thus the general distribution regularity of temperature field was obtained. The optimum cooling effect was achieved by changing the installation location of the air cooler in the intake airway and working face.
