船舶轴系轴承负荷的应变片检测与Riccati矩阵综合分析

摘    要:论述了船舶轴系轴承负荷的应变片检测与Riccati矩阵综合分析方法,该法不受尾轴轴数量和轴系边界条件的限制,可用轴系在便于设置测点处测得几个断面的弯矩,推算出各个轴承的轴承负荷及各个轴段的弯曲应力。并可利用实测值对目前难以确定的轴承刚度等计算的原始参数进行必要的修正,使推算求得的轴承负荷和轴段的弯曲应力能与实际相符 。

Abstract:This paper presents a comprehensive analyzing method of strain measurement and Riccatimatrix for bearing loads of marine shafting. By measuring some bending moments of marineshafting which are easy to be measured, the bearing laods and bending stresses of shafting canbe calculated by this method. This method isn' t restricted by the number of bearings of sterntube and shafting boundary conditions. In addition, the firsthand data such as bearing stiffnesswhich are not easy to be determined at present can be corrected by means of this comprehensiveanalyzing method according to experiment. Therefore, the bearing loads and bending stresses ofshafting which are calculated by this comprehensive analyzing method can be in cooformity withactual situation.
