基于PMAC运动控制器的开放式数控系统研究

摘    要:为满足加工生产高压玻璃钢管道外螺纹的要求,以PMAC运动控制技术为基础,提出了一种以PMAC为控制系统核心、工业控制计算机(IPC)为系统支撑单元的双CPU开放式数控系统,给出了该系统功能、硬件结构和软件设计方法.实践证明,该数控系统不仅可以实现人机接口的定制和实时控制部件的参数化,而且轨迹行程精确、响应速度快、定位准确度高等优良性能.

Abstract:In order to meet the request of processing external thread of the high - pressure glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe, this paper presents an Open - architecture NC system based on the technique of PMAC motion control,which has double CPU and uses PMAC Motion Controller as its control system kernel and industrial control computer as its system sustaining cell, also introduces system function, hardware configuration and the method of software design. It is proven that this CNC system completely achieves not only man -machine interface customization and parameterized real-time control component but also some excellent capabilities such as precise trajectory, little responding time, high precision in fixing position.
