薄荷中乌发组分的初步探索

摘    要:从干燥的中草药中,通过有机溶剂煎煮,萃取和浓缩得粗提物,然后用硅胶柱作正相剃度洗脱,分离得到所需的乌发的有效成分。并通过比色皿法由L-酪氨酸与蘑菇酪氨酸酶的氧化激活率来检测所得粗提乌发组分的效果。

Abstract:This paper was focusing on the extraction,separation and quality test of hair blacking ingredient in natural chinese herbal.The efficient ingredient could be selected on the basis of normal-phase silica gel column chromatography after crude material gotten by organic soluble heating,extraction and concentration from the dry branches of dry natural chinese herbal.The efficiency of hair blacking ingredient was tested by the oxidation activity of L-tyrosine and mushroom tyrosinase.It was found that the hair blacking ingredients in menthe exist in n-butanol extraction.
