| 摘 要： | 风电作为成熟的规模化可再生能源技术,与其它形式的可再生能源相比,在建造成本和技术方面具有很大的竞争优势。根据国际、国内风电发展形势,结合上海市风力资源和地理位置以及发展现状,分析了上海发展风电产业的潜力。
