高掺量增钙粉煤灰水泥的研制

摘    要:所研制的激活安定剂,能解决高掺量增钙粉煤灰水泥体积安定性不良的问题,提高该水泥的7d,28d强度,缩短凝结时间,使增钙灰掺量高达60%、42%的水泥达到325#、425#水泥的物理性能标准。工业性实验生产出60%增钙灰掺量的325#水泥。

Abstract:An agent which could both improve the soundness and activate the pozzolanic activity of adding calcium fly ash was researched in this paper.This agent could both improve the soundness,7 d and 28 d strength,and shorten the setting time of the adding calcium fly ash cement.The cements contain 60% and 42% of adding calcium fly ash could retain mark 325 # and 425 # respectively in laboratory.A cement containing 60% of adding calcium fly ash retained mark 325 # in an indurstrial experiment.
