摘    要:综述了电镀Ni-W基合金工艺的研究现状及发展过程,论述了Ni-W电沉积过程与反应机理,阐述了Ni-W合金电镀溶液的组成与工艺条件对镀层性能的影响。指出了Ni-W基合金镀层代铬的可行方面及存在的问题和发展方向。

Abstract:A review was provided of the current status and development of the technology for Ni-W alloy electroplating.The electrodeposition process of Ni-W alloy coating and the reaction mechanisms were introduced.The effects of bath composition and electroplating parameters on the performance of the alloy coating were summarized.Furthermore, the feasibility to use electroplated Ni-W alloy coating to replace electroplated Cr coating as well as existent problems and development trend was highlighted.
