摘    要:通过已建的三峡水调自动化系统和新建的成都水调自动化系统的双服务中心构架,将实现对三峡—金沙江下游长江干流梯级水库群的统一调度。文中描述了三峡—金沙江下游梯级水调自动化系统双服务中心的架构,对其关键技术和难点进行了分析,并初步提出了解决方案。

Abstract:The unified dispatching of Three-Gorge Jinsha river lower reaches cascade reservoirs will be achieved through the dual standby service center structure of both Three-Gorge and new built Chengdou hydropower dispatching automation system.The design includes dual service center architecture of hydrological telemetry system and system platform of the cascade reservoirs.The key technologies and difficulties are analyzed,and preliminary solutions are proposed.
