| 摘 要： | 介绍了大角度离子注入机控制系统的功能,重点介绍了系统的总体设计和控制模块的设计、主控计算机与子控制器之间的通讯以及控制系统的软件结构设计等。经实验证明,该控制系统稳定、可靠。
