水厂生产废水污泥比阻测定的影响因素分析及方法改进

污泥比阻作为反映污泥脱水性能的主要参数，是水厂生产废水调质及脱水工艺的重要控制指标．指出了常规污泥比阻抽滤测定方法中存在的测定指标多、操作复杂、测定历时长等问题．针对自来水厂生产废水的水质特点，根据污泥比阻的测定理论，对其测定方法进行了深入的分析和讨论，通过定量分析和实验测定，确定出影响水厂生产废水污泥比阻测定的主要因素是t/V～V图中的b值；提出了一种操作简单、测定时间短、结果准确的污泥比阻测定的改进方法，采用该方法可使水厂生产废水污泥比阻测定历时可由10h缩短至30min左右，在生产实际中具有重要的实用价值．

Method improvement of sludge specific resistance measurements in the water plant

Sludge specific resistance(SSR),which reflects the sludge dewaterability,was an important index for improving sludge property and controlling dewatering process.Such problems found in the traditional measurement of SSR as too many indexes to be measured,complicated operation and long time needed etc.were pointed out and analyzed.According to the characteristics of wastewater quality from the water plant and the theory of sludge specific resistance measurements(SSRM),a further analysis and discussion was made on SSRM.The most important factor,b(in the figure of t/V-V),affecting the SSRM,was determined.And an improved method for SSRM was put forward,characterized by simple operation,short time and higher accuracy.The time taken for measuring SSR could be shortened from 10 hrs.by the traditional method to 30 min by the improved method.A significant application of the improved method of SSRM was obviously practical for sludge dewatering.
