Development of VxD device program

Because of user system security and stability strategy,Win9X operation system shield the low layer operation of the system. As software developers,they realize some operations at little loss that involve I/O access,interrupt process and so on. In DOS environment,which involves I/O access,interrupt process and so on,but they feel tough very much,they have to understand deeply the kernel of the operation system and write some codes about the low layer of the operation system. As a result,our developer will face a lot of difficulties and challengers.
