| 摘 要： | 白石水库工程造价管理采用“静态控制、动态管理”模式，对白石水库工程静态投资不突破国家批准的外资概算静态总投资，有效地控制动态投资起了决定作用。现巳同设计单位签定了限额设计合同，并且编制了业主预算，制定了价差调整办法。
