摘    要:对非离子聚氨酯干法面层的吸湿透气行为进行了研究。讨论了非离子共聚组分的引入对聚氨酯合成革吸湿透气行为的影响。结果表明亲水基团PEG的引入可以提高合成革吸湿透气性能。并且微相分离大的吸湿透气性能差。

Abstract:At present the urgently problem in synthetic leather tield is the distinctness difference of moisture absorption's ability between synthetic leather and savageness leather.The non-ion polyurethane dry coating's moisture absorption's ability was studied.And the influence of the non-ion copolymer composition's introduce in polyurethane synthetic leather were discussed.The result showed that the PEG could enhance the moisture absorption's ability of synthetic leather.And if the degree of Microsphase Seperation was enhanced,the leather's moisture absorption's ability would go down.
